Dialogues is an evening length work for a quintet of two percussion, piano, electric guitar, and contrabass. In structure, Dialogues switches between solos for each instrument and five movements for the entire group. Equal parts groove, melody, and counterpoint, Dialogues defies easy categorization while exploring a joyous palette of sound distributed evenly among each of its members.
